Healing describes the recovery of hit points which are lost through combat or accident. For game purposes it is necessary that there be numerous ways in which these points can be regained, yet at the same time it serves the game's design that healing should not be too easy to obtain.

The ways in which hit points may be recovered are detailed below:

  • Rest, which requires time to recover and gain hit points on a daily basis.
