Irritation (spell)
Irritation inflames the skin of a creature, causing recipient who fail a saving throw against magic to experience intense, horrifying symptoms like a disease. The victim's skin turns grey and spotted, while an aggravating itching sensation takes hold that consumes the creature's whole attention. Creatures affected by the spell suffer 1 hit point of damage per round.

Possessed of the need to scratch — which causes pain — or fight the will to scratch, creatures will give ground at stride-2, dropping their shields or weapons while struggling to remove their armour. For the duration of the spell, they will be unwilling or unable to fight, but should not be treated as helpless.
Creatures who cannot run and are cornered while suffering from irritation will surrender and beg relief from the spell.
Survivors of the spell will suffer a rash that persists for a day, which temporarily lowers the creature's charisma by 1-4 points. The rash can be healed by cure disease. The rash isn't magical and can't be affected by dispel magic. During this time, the creature cannot wear armour.
