Drip produces a sound like water falling onto a hard surface or a liquid surface, as desired by the caster. The effect can be maintained for as long as the caster chooses to concentrate.

Underground or in urban environments, the sound is especially aggravating, so that it's 90% probable that an intelligent listener within the cantrip's area of effect will come forward to investigate. As this creature will be looking around, attempting to identify the location from which the sound originates, an ambusher will gain a +1 chance of surprise.
