Phantasmal Bow creates an illusionary form of the composite weapon used for archery, which can be "fired" by the caster with a high degree of accuracy. The range of the weapon is 48 hexes, all of which are treated as short range regardless of distance. The illusionist doesn't need a proficiency in bow.
