Dweomercraft (sage study)
Incorporates the power to detect and understand unreal manifestations - creatures whose existence defies principles such as biology or physics, beyond what magic can account for. Such creatures include those originating on other planes, such as air maidens, angels, demons, devils, drons, elementals, mindflayers, slaad, valkyrie or various creatures of the Cthulhu mythos, as well as those whose translation through death from the prime material to elsewhere has been disrupted, such as undead.
For clerics, this knowledge will greatly improve the turning of undead. For all classes, detection and determination of manifestations and their influence, as well as their means to travel between planes, will prove useful.

Amateur
- Identify Manifestation: allows knowledge of encountered manifestations and their influence.
- Turn Undead: the ability of clerics to force back undead through knowledge and will.
Authority
- Casting Out: enables the hurling out of unnatural infection entering the body, such as lycanthropy or vathektic tremens, though the effort to remove either is highly onerous and time-consuming.
- Contact Other Plane: enables the player to seek advice from a known supernatural being from another plane of existence.
Expert
- Bargain a Deal: gives the player leverage in making a deal with a creature from another plane.
Sage
- Dark Practices: enables the character to conjure forth creatures such as cockatrice, manes and bilgesnipe.
