Identify Manifestation (sage ability)

Identify manifestation is an amateur-status sage ability in the study of Dweomercraft which allows the identification and recognition of manifestations, including the name by which the manifestation is known and the principal threat it imposes. Specifically, knowledge of threat includes the number of attacks the manifestation possesses per round, what parts of the body are used in attack, the armour class of the manifestation and its approximate weight and hit dice.

This knowledge does not include any special attacks or defenses the manifestation possesses, nor its magic resistance, except in cases where the creature's primary magical power is famous, such as with the djinni or valkyrie.
