Locate Animals (spell)

Locate Animals gives knowledge of any and all animals within the spell's range, including their number and location. For the most part, in any given environment, the same assortment of animals — birds, lizards, fish, small mammals and so on — will almost always be present. A complete lack of animals will be telling of something dire in the area.

If the spell is used in support of a hunter or angler, the amount of food gained through these sage abilities will be increased 50% per level of the caster, per day. This presumes the caster takes the specialist's advice on when and where to cast the spell.
