The dweomer might be effective in causing a spellcaster to lose concentration, disrupting any magic being cast. In addition, it might cause others to become concerned over what's wrong with the recipient, causing a distraction affecting three or four persons.
If an individual is affected in a circumstance where balance is a consideration, such as upon the edge of a fall or standing in a boat, the recipient would have to make a dexterity check to avoid tumbling forward or backward into a hazard. Imaginatively, the cantrip could be creatively used in a variety of situations, depending on the creativity of the caster.
