Spider creates a small arachnid that can appear up to 10 ft. from the caster, which can then travel 10 ft. further from that point and bite one creature. The damage that's caused by the bite is 1 hit point; no roll to hit is necessary.
Range | 10 ft. |
Duration | 1 round |
Area of Effect | 1 creature |
Casting Time | 2 action points |
Saving Throw | none; see text |
Level | cantrip |
In addition to the damage, when the spider attacks, there's a 3% chance per level of the caster that the spider is highly poisonous, in which case the victim will need to make a saving throw. If this fails, the poison will cause 5-12 (d8+4) damage; there are not lingering after-effects.
