Area of Effect | all within a 10 ft. circle, or up to 2 creatures |
Casting Time | 2 action points |

Once the sound is heard, those within the circle designated by the caster will move 5 ft., or one combat hex towards the sound, and turn their facing in that direction. There is no saving throw for this effect.
However, the caster can also make the cantrip "pop" loudly, so that individuals within 20 ft. of the sound must make a saving throw or forego their initiative roll in a fight. Therefore, they would lose 2 rounds of combat if they were also surprised by the sound.
