Briefly alters the facial appearance of the caster to those of a familiar humanoid, someone whom the caster has seen a dozen times for at least a month; otherwise, the caster must be directly observing the copied subject while casting the spell. The effect does not capture the copied individual's voice.
The truth of the magic will be revealed by penetrate disguise, detect illusion, true seeing or similar means, though there will not rarely be enough time to cast any of these spells during the cantrip's duration.
Bringing the Cantrip into Play
As shown in the picture, the cantrip is an excellent misleader for the caster's adopted face briefly appearing in a window, or the moment of being "seen" over a murdered body, to frame another, while the caster quickly discards the illusion when getting out of sight.
