Hairy (cantrip)

Hairy causes hair, fur or bristles to grow, until a minimum length of 18 inches is produced. If the recipient's hair is more than 9 inches before the cantrip's effect, it will be increased until it's twice normal length. Since the effect is permanent, and the creature's hair will continue to grow normally whether or not it's cut, there's a potential for creating hair of excessive length similar to that of Rapunzel ... understanding, of course, that this could become a considerable impediment.
