Creates an ordinary household object made of wood for common purposes, such as a bowl, spoon, utensil, smoking pipe, candleholder, whistle, toy, wind vane, birdcage, ball, box, bucket, doorstop, hatchet handle and other things of like nature. The object can be variously made of pine, fir, spruce, oak, chestnut, maple, yew, ash or cedar — but is restricted to these woods. The object cannot be taller or wider than 18 inches.

The cantrip cannot create an object the length of a club, but it will create a heavy rod that can be used as a club, causing 1-3 damage on a hit. This object will break on a 1 in 4 if dropped. It can be used as a missile, but will cause only 1-2 damage if used this way.

The created object will remain in existence until the sun rises the next day, or until it breaks under the normal circumstances for an object of this type.

The object will emit a very weak magic for the purpose of magic detection.
