Contents
Affected individuals must not be at work or already engrossed in some activity, such as battle, so that they have time and reason to look once the rainbow is made to appear. Otherwise, continuing at their activities, the dweomer disperses too late for the effect to be gained.
Once the image manifests, creatures between low and average intelligence will pause and gawk at the illusion for one round.
Further Effects
Those that fail saving throw vs. magic are bound to continue staring for a second round, even in the midst of battle or when being attacked. Such affected persons are also compelled to move 2 combat hexes towards the direction of the rainbow. Only thereafter is the effect broken, so that all who failed save regain their consciousness and return to normal behaviour.
