Predict Weather (spell)

Predict Weather provides an accurate forecast of the weather within two hours per level at the time of discharge.

This includes knowledge of wind speed, rainfall, cloud cover and even the amount of particulates in the air. Should the weather differ from one part of the area's effect to another, such as rain falling over there and not there, then this will also be revealed by the spell.

The spell cannot tell, however, which specific places where lightning might strike, or where in a bank of fog the visibility will be best. Only broad knowledge will be gained. Take note that knowledge is also gained of the general change of the weather as it will occur from one three-hour period to the next, for as long as the effect lasts. This knowledge will be remembered by the caster once the spell has been discharged.
