Arctic region reaching from 82.34°N south to 72.51°N, a frozen stretch of water of the Arctic Ocean called the Evenk Sea. The water here is characterised by perpetual sea ice or drifting ice floes for most of the year, with only brief periods of partial melting during the summer months.
