Whispering wind passes a message over a considerable distance, one that can be heard only by one or more intended listeners. The sound heard seems to arrive on the wind, so that a large number could hear the message at more or less the same time. The length of the message is limited to twelve words per round of duration the spell possesses.
Range | self |

Once the whispering wind is released, it requires an hour to traverse a distance of three miles. The message will travel at this speed in any direction, regardless of prevailing winds or local geography, until it reaches those intended to hear the message. The caster cannot dispel the wind or the message once it's sent.
