Produces the sound of a creature in pain.
The sound is unpleasant and will cause animals of 1 intelligence to move 10 ft. away from the caster if they fail to save against magic.
The cantrip can also be cast against 1 creature who is wounded, diseased or below zero in hit points; those who do not make save will suffer 2 additional damage from pain.
