Conjures a blue sphere three inches in diameter that will light a circle 20 ft. in diameter.
The orb may be produced anywhere up to 10 ft. from the caster, and will move within that area at the caster’s behest — though the caster must spend 1 move relocating it. The orb may not move through solid objects.
The bluelight will work equally well under the surface of water as above it.
The bluelight will continue to function until such a time as the caster casts a different cantrip or spell.
