Acrobatics (sage study)

Acrobatics is a sage study in the field of Circus, mixing various forms of physical performance with feats of extraordinary balance, agility and coordination. The study incorporates numerous amusements and stunts which can be performed for an audience, as well as various physical stunts that can serve the character well in other ventures. Yet on the whole, jugglers, tumblers, aerialists and other circus performers were viewed as fascinating to watch but not of particularly high social standing.

These forms have existed for millennia, incorporating specialised techniques for the body that have remained guild-secrets since before Roman times.
