Creates or destroys water as desired. The location from which the water springs must be determined. The created water is clean and drinkable, without trace of mineral content.
The spell will not destroy water that is integral to something else — something that is alive, or any situation such as rock contained inside a rock. Water that is stored inside a container, however, can be destroyed, so long as the cleric knows it exists.
