Warp wood is a spell that has the ability to permanently distort, mangle, twist and even "melt" wood, effectively altering its shape and rendering it unusable for its intended purposes. This completely ruins the value of the object, whether it was meant to be a tool, a component in construction, part of a vehicle, a piece of armour or a weapon.

The caster chooses the manner in which wood is distorted using this enchantment, although a specific desired shape cannot be created, as the purpose cannot be to utilise the end result as a tool. Sections of the wood can be selectively warped, such as a weapon's grip or the axle of a wagon, compromising the practical utility of the object.
Attacking Structures
Larger constructions made of wood, such as ships, towers and buildings may be sunk or collapsed by attacking key points in the structure. The warping of a 5 ft. square surface, 6 inches deep, can be managed per level of the caster.
- For instance, if the caster were of a sufficiently high level and applied the spell to a corner of a wooden tower's base, this could use the structure's own weight to bring it down.
Knowledge of buildings or other large constructions are necessary to correctly judge how best to use the spell in this manner, obtaining the best results from employing the whole's mass against itself.
In the case of ships, the spell can inflict 1 point of hull or mast damage to the hull per 3 levels of the caster.
