Grasses & Grains is a sage study in the field of Plant Life which bestows knowledge of herbaceous plants, including 'true' grasses, sedges and rushes, notably cereals, bamboo, water chestnuts, papyrus sedge and cattails. Grasses & Grains have long been raised for the production of food, brewing and distilling, pasture for cattle, thatch, paper, fuel, clothing, basket weaving and more. The knowledge included here allows for the preparation of grains for all of these, though in many cases only in terms of raw material.
