Maxwell (talk) "Up to 1 item may be 'haggled' for, per 5 points of knowledge in either logistics or mercantilism" -- If a character somehow possesses both studies, would they take the sum of both studies' points to determine the # of items they can haggle for, or only the study with higher points?
