[[User:Tao alexis|Tao alexis]] ([[User talk:Tao alexis|talk]]) Hm.  Okay, cartography IS mapmaking.  We can add it as an authority status ability for geography and an expert ability for publishing.  Scouting is done in the head, with memory, not with a physical map ... at least, that's how I see a 17th century scout.  Obviously, a post 19th century scout would use a map.  Want me to do it?

Tao alexis (talk) Hm. Okay, cartography IS mapmaking. We can add it as an authority status ability for geography and an expert ability for publishing. Scouting is done in the head, with memory, not with a physical map ... at least, that's how I see a 17th century scout. Obviously, a post 19th century scout would use a map. Want me to do it?
