:::I believe I figured it out. The key was adding this command <pre>style="width: 12.5%" | </pre> to each cell of the header row. This tells the table that each column should be 1/8th the size of the whole table. It's kind of a pain since you can't simply say "make all of these the same," you have to add that style command to each header cell individually. That said, it looks more even now. Does that make sense? --[[User:Shelby038|Shelby038]] ([[User talk:Shelby038|talk]]) 20:03, 13 February 2020 (UTC)

Still learning this html. Would like to expand the column with "elf" but I can't figure out the 'how-to' pages.

What do you mean by "expand"? Make it wider? The wikitables code is a mish-mash of html code and wiki code so I don't blame you one bit. Takes a lot of trial and error. --Shelby038 (talk) 19:18, 13 February 2020 (UTC)
yes, I was thinking of it being wider. So the table looks more balanced and aesthetic.
I believe I figured it out. The key was adding this command
style="width: 12.5%" |
to each cell of the header row. This tells the table that each column should be 1/8th the size of the whole table. It's kind of a pain since you can't simply say "make all of these the same," you have to add that style command to each header cell individually. That said, it looks more even now. Does that make sense? --Shelby038 (talk) 20:03, 13 February 2020 (UTC)
Yes, thank you.
