I don't think your intention has been that, outside of Athletics, the division is only two-way, and "Unskilled" means anything less than 10 pts. Doesn't square with, for instance, what you said to me a few months ago about how you'd rule that a ranger with more than 0 and less than 10 points in Forestry could partially use that study's amateur abilities... [I can already hear you telling me that all work is temporary and lasts only until we have a better idea. ;)]
