Transforms spoiled, rotten, poisonous or otherwise contaminated food or drink into substances that are safe to eat or drink.
The reverse of the spell, putrefy food & drink, will make food rotten or spoiled; it will make drink mildly poisonous, causing 1-3 h.p. damage. Though the spell does imbue substances with toxicity, the result is rarely life-threatening.
