The Mayoralty of Breen is a halfling-occupied independent confederation situated upon a coastline of stunning fjords, mountains and coastal landscapes called, in Old Norse, mørr Romsdal. This overlooks the Norwegian Sea to the west. Lush valleys and fertile fields provide a stark contrast to the dramatic terrain.
The mayoralty covers an area of 35.4 hexes, with a population of 56,187.
