Call Lightning empowers the caster to draw down a bolt of lighting from the sky that will strike within range of the spell, causing considerable damage. As the spell is affected by the present weather conditions, the amount of cloud cover will influence the damage which the spell causes:
Placeholder.
Range | 60 ft. |
Duration | instantaneous |
Area of Effect | up to 3 creatures or objects |
Casting Time | 2 rounds |
Saving Throw | half damage |
Level | druid (3rd) |
The lightning flashes as a perpendicular strike that will cause one die of damage per level (as noted above). The bolt may be made to separate to strike as many as three different targets, each of which will suffer the total damage rolled. So long as all three are within the spell range, the distance they are from each other is not important.
Victims that save vs spell will reduce damage by 50%.
