Produces the sound of chains rattling, or of dice in a cup.
The sound will serve as a distraction up to a 10 ft. distance, so that up to one chosen individual will need to make a save, or else suffer a one round 2 point penalty to their armor class.
The cantrip will also cause a wheel to rattle as it rolls around an axle. The cantrip has a 50% chance of causing a driver to stop and investigate for a period of 30 rounds. The rattle can be cured with 8 ounces of oil (drivers will use too little the first time, 75% of the time).
