Causes the recipient to sneeze uncontrollably.
If a saving throw is not made, the recipient will be completely unable to take any action except to bear the effects of the cantrip for one round. Others attacking the creature will gain +4 on their to hit rolls.
For creatures who have contracted a cold or a sinus infection in the last 24 hours, the cantrip may be effective — if the caster can physically touch the affected creature. In such a case, there is a 50% chance of the cantrip freeing the sinal cavity of either virus or disease.
The cantrip is effective only against humanoids.
