Horse-mounted Combat II (sage ability)

Improves the character's ability to participate in melee from horseback, increasing the number of available weapons and offering bonuses when mounted.
As an authority or better, the character is able to use the following weapons: club, dagger, horseman's flail, horseman's mace, horseman's pick, lance, scimitar, bow, short sword, sling and spear, all without any weapon penalties.
The character receives a +1 bonus to hit opponents that are on foot.
Charging while mounted on a horse offers additional bonuses and advantages.
