Creates or destroys water as desired. The location from which the water springs from must be determined.
Water that is created is clean and drinkable, with no trace of mineral content.
Water which may be destroyed cannot not be integral to something else—something living, or water contained inside rock. However, pure water that is stored in a container can be destroyed, even if the cleric cannot see it.
