Causes the recipients to twitch, thus temporarily weakening their combat ability.
Creatures which fail to make their saving throw will be -2 to hit for two rounds of combat. Regardless of the save, their ordinary movement will be reduced by one point.
The cantrip is effective against any sort of creature.
