Bollards are short poles or posts designed to prevent carriages from moving into areas for walking traffic only.

Street Signs identify streets, and usually the district where the street lies.

Streetlamps are designed to illuminate a surrounding area, typically a diameter of 8 hexes; placed in privately owned streets and in front of businesses to discourage crime. Must be lit by workers engaged for the purpose.

Lavatories are public, non-private houses which enable a dozen people to use at a time; they exist primarily in the middle east and china.

Posters are usually placed in set agreed locations by local councils. Presentation outside of these locations is a criminal offense.
