Twitch is a cantrip that induces involuntary jerks and spasms in the recipient unless a saving throw against magic is achieved. In effect, the character is unable to attack other persons in combat or take other actions, in effect causing them to be stunned.

Saving Throw negates
Level cantrip

The dweomer might be effective in causing a spellcaster to lose concentration, disrupting any magic being cast. In addition, it might cause others to become concerned over what's wrong with the recipient, causing a distraction affecting three or four persons.

If an individual is affected in a circumstance where balance is a consideration, such as upon the edge of a fall or standing in a boat, the recipient would have to make a dexterity check to avoid tumbling forward or backward into a hazard. Imaginatively, the cantrip could be creatively used in a variety of situations, depending on the creativity of the caster.
