Creates a loud ringing sound that can be heard in the ears of only the affected creature. This sound will blot out all other sound, and the creature will be –4 AC for the round the cantrip is in effect.

Unless the recipient makes save, deafness will result for 1-4 rounds after the noise has stopped.

Creatures affected by the deafness will be disoriented, will attack at –2 to hit and will be unable to hear instructions or entreaties from others.
