Allows any levelled creature with the ability to cast one of the spells from the caster's repertoire.
Range, area and effect of the spell will equal to a cleric of half the recipient’s hit dice or level — thus a 7th level fighter would cast a spell as though they were a 3rd level cleric. a 1st level character would cast as 1st level. Fractions are ignored.
The recipient will not be able to cast the reverse of any spell they have received.
