Dispel Illusion eliminates illusions within the area of effect, including spells that are cast or manifestations which creatures are able to cause at will.

Dispel Illusion
Range 10 ft. per level
Duration permanent
Area of Effect 80 ft. cube
Casting Time 2 rounds
Saving Throw none; see below
Level illusionist (3rd)

The spell is always successful when employed against illusions that has been brought into existence by a caster of equal or lesser level; however, all other illusions or manifestations are entitled to a saving throw against magic, as the level of the creature from which it derived.

Enchanted items, such as scrolls, potions, rings, wands, staffs, rods, armor, weapons and so on are not affected by the spell. However, dispel illusion will dispel the lasting effects caused by those items.

The spell is completely successful against any magic which has been cast by an illusionist—for even though much illusionist magic appears or affects as does other magic, it is in every case the result of an illusion.
