Provides yes or no answers to questions which the cleric asks of the gods. Any question may be asked.
The cleric is allowed to ask one question per level, and may not ask the same question twice—it is recommended that all questions to be asked should be written down in advance.
The cleric has a 70% + 1% chance per level of having each question answered, which the cleric rolls against. A successful roll gets a true answer. An unsuccessful roll gets no answer.
