Culture describes the influences of a technology upon beliefs, institutions, arts, laws, customs and habits of individuals in regions affected. For example, the sub-technology of Primitive Mining creates cultures promoting the individualism of prospectors, the isolation of clans and tribes and the spread of non-agrarian communities.
