Recognize Heavens is an amateur-status sage ability that allows the character to observe and study the celestial heavens — correctly identifying individual stars, constellations, nebula, planets, asteroids, meteors and comets. The character possesses a complete understanding of the movements of the sun and moon. He or she is trained to observe with both the naked eye and with a telescope.
The character has full knowledge of how to use a sextant, to determine the character's latitude and longitude anywhere on the earth.
