Potion-making (sage ability)

Potion-making is an expert-status sage ability in the studies of Alchemy and Magic Fabrication, allowing the character to prepare limited recipes of various magical potions, starting with the simplest forms and progressing into complete awareness of every known potion type. Importantly, potion-making is not a general power to manufacture any potion for a stated cost. Each potion must be learned as a recipe, requiring particular ingredients, conditions and periods of preparation.
