Baking (sage study)

Baking is a sage study in the field of Gastronomy, mastering the creation of flour-based food readied in an oven, including bread, cookies, cakes, pastries and pies, as well as the arts surrounding the preparation of coffee and tea, most commonly associated with cafes.
