'''Starshine''' doubles the illumination from the moon or the stars at night, so that persons within the area of effect are able to act in conditions of near-daylight. The area of effect is centered on the caster at the moment the spell is discharged, but it does not shift again from that position afterwards. The spell has no effect if cast if the sun is above the horizon, and the spell's duration ends when the sun rises.
