	In the summer months, the ice pulls back in places, revealing black waters, slick and restless beneath a low sun that never fully sets. Icebergs, massive and ancient, drift silently, their surfaces sculpted by wind and time into strange and jagged forms. Some are flat and endless, others rise like great white cliffs, shadowing the waves below. Even in these moments of partial thaw, the sea remains treacherous, the ice shifting unpredictably, closing passages as quickly as they appear. It is a place of relentless cold, where few dare to tread, and those who do must contend with a world that does not welcome them.
